                            DESCRIPTIVE WRITING

                          PARADISE LAND

As I placed one foot out from my wooden boat, and the next foot out, my feet decided to plant it’s self into the sand. My eyes felt like it didn’t know how to blink at the moment as I was awe-struck by what my eyes witnessed. In front of me was a placed filled with the unending grains of golden sand as if the whole island was made up of gold it’s self. Shimmering blue waters that sparkled in the presence of the sunlight encircled the island. Then a big bird fly in front of me and I was unconscious. When I woke up I was able to take control of my body. I walked towards the island with my feet burning on the hot sand I tried to as calm as I could be. To take some rest I went under a palm tree and soon fall asleep. When I woke up, I heard the sounds of words being said, though I could not make out a single world were. I started to regain my sight as my eyes gradually lifted.

I saw two people standing under a palm tree and talking with each other. It seems that they were living here for a long time. I went to them to see that they were and from where they came from. But instead of talking with me they started to hit me as I was a monkey. I ran as fast as I could like a rabbit hopping and jumping through obstacles coming on my way. I soon reached a spot where there was no way to get out. It was a dead end. But thankfully they lost my track and went somewhere else.

I walked all day alone in the island until it was night. I didn’t have anywhere to go so; I wrapped up myself in the palm tree leaves and soon slept. I was awake up by sound of some type of alarm. I was confused at first but soon realized that it was a boat I waved out to the boat but it seem to see me. Then out of nowhere a cold wind started to blow and my skin shivered. I woke up with a jolt and realized that it was just a dream. I was in my Hotel Room and the alarm was ringing so loudly that my whole family woke up except me and the wind was blowing because we were on an Island for vacation. When I went to see out of my room’s window the scenery was so beautiful that for a moment thought it was PARADISE ISLAND. :)
